Terms of service.

By browsing or ordering from darlingsit.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please enjoy the photographs and buy nothing.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch. If an item turns out to be unavailable or incorrectly priced, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken securely through Shopify checkout. We do not see or store your card details.

Delivery times and costs are set out on our shipping policy page. Delivery estimates are estimates, not promises, and carriers occasionally have opinions of their own.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns. If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please see our Refund Policy for how we will repair, replace or refund it. For hygiene reasons, opened bath and grooming products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If something arrives faulty or not as described, contact us and we will replace or refund it.

Where a product is offered on a recurring delivery, you may pause, change the frequency of, or cancel the subscription at any time before the next order is processed, by emailing us.

The DARLING, SIT. name, artwork, photography and written copy belong to us. Please do not reuse them without permission. The dog belongs to nobody.
