Our Story

A life made better by dogs.

I'm Jade Armstrong, and DARLING, SIT. began with a lifetime of family dogs, a great deal of love and a firm belief that the everyday business of caring for them can be beautiful, useful and fun.

The Family Album

Three here now. The rest remembered.

Peaches, Champagne, Henry, Darcy, Bronte and George. I have had pets throughout my life. Every dog has brought a different personality, a different kind of mischief and an enormous amount of joy. They have never been just pets - they are family.

The Current Committee

Three pups. All adults. Please don't tell them.

We currently have three pups in the family. I call them pups because it makes them happy, even though they are all very much adults. They are my mum's dogs, they are extremely spoilt and, by any reasonable measure, they eat better than I do.

I once called Mum while making myself a sandwich for dinner. She was cooking each pup a fresh salmon steak.

Honestly, fair enough. They are excellent company.
