How long will my order take?: Orders are dispatched within one to two business days. Australian deliveries typically arrive in two to seven business days depending on where you are. Full details live on our shipping policy page.
Do you offer free delivery?: Yes. Australian orders over AUD $79 receive complimentary delivery. Below that it is a flat AUD $9.95.
Do you ship internationally?: We do. International rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, and any import duties are the customer's responsibility.
Can I return something?: Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Opened bath and grooming products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. The details are in our terms of service.
Can I have products delivered regularly?: Yes. On eligible products you can choose a delivery frequency when adding to your bag, and pause, change or cancel it any time by emailing us.
Are your products safe for puppies and sensitive skin?: Our bath and balm range is formulated to be gentle, with puppy-specific options clearly labelled. If your dog has a known sensitivity, check the ingredient list on the product page or ask us first.
Something I want says sold out. What now?: Restocks are regular, so check back shortly or email us and we will let you know the moment it returns.
