DARLING, SIT. sells luxury dog essentials online at darlingsit.com. Our shop and checkout are powered by Shopify, and payments are processed entirely by Shopify and its payment providers.

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number if you give one, and the details of what you bought. Payment card details are entered on Shopify's secure checkout and are never stored by us.

If you join our mailing list we keep your email address until you unsubscribe. We also collect basic, anonymous usage information such as pages viewed and approximate location, so we can see what is working on the site.

To process and deliver your order, to answer your questions, to prevent fraud, to meet our legal and tax obligations, and - only if you have opted in - to send you occasional emails about new arrivals and offers.

Only the services that make your order happen: Shopify (store and checkout), payment providers, and delivery carriers. We never sell your personal information.

We use essential cookies and local storage to remember what is in your bag, and optional analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can accept or decline the optional ones in the banner shown on your first visit, and change your mind at any time by clearing your browser storage.

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable period, as required by the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
